I enjoy working with a variety of different people. Through a trusting and compassionate relationship there can be healing from many of life’s problems from childhood sexual abuse to recreating life after a divorce to recovering from an affair. Many of my clients both couples and individuals state their relationships and their life is better after therapy. I also am skilled at couples therapy with my primary model being the Gottman model. I integrate atttachment based interventions. I am able to treat trauma through Cognitive Processing. I am a level 1 certified EMDR therapist.
